Grave Blanket Order Agreement

Please review the following information carefully before placing your custom grave blanket order.

Cemetery Approval

You are responsible for confirming that grave blankets are permitted at the selected cemetery or gravesite before placing your order. Cemetery rules vary, and Kay Hill’s Creations is not responsible for products that cannot be placed or must be removed because of cemetery restrictions.

Photo Quality

The quality of the finished design depends on the quality of the submitted photos. Please upload clear, high-resolution images whenever possible. Avoid blurry, heavily filtered, pixelated, screenshot, or heavily cropped photos. Photos with portions of the face or head missing may not be suitable for the design.

If a submitted photo cannot be used, you may be asked to provide a replacement. Delays in providing suitable photos may affect the completion date.

Spelling and Information Accuracy

Please review all names, dates, memorial wording, and other submitted information carefully. Information will be entered into the design as provided. Kay Hill’s Creations is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted or approved by the customer.

Design Proof and Approval

A digital design proof will be provided for review before production. You are responsible for checking all names, dates, spelling, wording, photos, colors, and design details.

Production will begin after the design proof has been approved. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and could delay the order.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear differently on phones, tablets, computer screens, and printed materials. Slight variations in color, brightness, and image appearance may occur during the printing process. These slight variations are not considered defects.

Turnaround Time and Rush Orders

We recommend placing your order 1–2 weeks before your needed-by date. Turnaround time begins after all required information and usable photos have been received and the design proof has been approved.

Delays in submitting information, providing usable photos, or approving the design may affect the requested completion date.

If you need your order in less than one week, please contact admin@KayHillsCreations.com before placing your order to confirm rush-order availability. Rush service is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the cemetery approval, photo quality, spelling and information accuracy, design proof and approval, color variation, turnaround-time, and rush-order policies stated above.
