Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a proof to review. After you approve the final design, your order will move into production and be prepared according to the turnaround time provided.

What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending on the products selected, order quantity, customization, and how quickly your design is approved. An estimated turnaround time will be provided based on your specific order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on the product, quantity, and current production schedule. Rush fees may apply. Please email admin@kayhillcreations.com before placing a time-sensitive order to confirm availability.
Can I order for an entire team, school, or organization?
Yes. Group and bulk orders are welcome for schools, teams, leagues, clubs, organizations, and other groups. Contact us for help coordinating products, quantities, colors, designs, and other customization details.
Can I customize products for one individual player?
Absolutely. Sports orders are not limited to teams. Products can be customized for individual athletes, parents, families, fans, coaches, and supporters.
What information will I need to provide?
Customization details may include the athlete or team name, player name, jersey number, colors, photos, wording, sport, and any special design requests. Product-specific instructions will be provided when needed.
Will I see the design before my order is made?
Yes. You will receive a design proof to review before production begins. Your approval is required before any customized item is produced. Once you approve the final design, your order will move into production.
