Party Favor Terms & Conditions

All party favor items are custom-made and personalized specifically for your event. Please carefully review the following terms before placing your order.

  • A mock-up/proof will be sent and must be approved before production begins.
  • Please carefully review all spelling, colors, names, dates, photos, and event details before approving your proof. Once approval is given, no additional changes can be made.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to place party favor orders at least 2 weeks in advance of their event date.
  • Need your order sooner? Rush order availability is limited. Please email admin@kayhillscreations.com before placing your order to check rush availability.
  • Approved rush orders will include an additional rush fee.
  • Processing time begins only after all required information has been submitted and the mock-up/proof has been approved.
  • Please note: All treats and party favor items are sold in sets of 12.
    Example: Ordering Hershey Party Favors includes a set of 12 Hershey bars, not a single item.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing differences.
  • Low-quality or blurry images submitted by customers may affect final print quality.
  • Kay Hill's Creations is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once packages have been shipped.
