 Color Variations: Colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. While we strive for accuracy, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

 Spelling & Design Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and layout, before final approval. Once approved, your design will be printed exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for any errors after approval.

 Image & Graphic Quality: For best results, images should be 300 DPI or higher. By submitting lower resolution images, you acknowledge that print quality may be affected. We are not responsible for any quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, and all designs will be printed as provided.

 Turnaround Time: To ensure the best quality and service, we recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date.

 No Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once production has begun.

 Design Revisions: A limited number of revisions may be included. Additional changes beyond that may result in an extra fee.

 Communication: Timely communication is required to complete your order. Delays in responding to messages, obtaining approvals, or submitting required information may delay your order, for which we are not responsible.
